Alpha International jest organizacją charytatywną zarejestrowaną w Angli i Wali (nr 1086179), w Szkocji (nr SC042906) oraz spółką nonprofit z odpowiedzialnoscią wspólników ograniczoną do wysokości gwarancji w Angli i Wali (nr 4157379). Siedziba znajduje się przy HTB Brompton Road, Londyn SW7 1JA.
Prawa autorskie
Dyrektorzy Alpha International piszą:
"Zawsze chętnie zezwalaliśmy osobom prywatnym, które prowadzą Alpha, na dowoloność w kwestii adaptacji kursu, aby spełnić oczekiwania różnych społeczności lokalnych. Zwracamy się z prośbą, aby zachować kluczowe elementy, charakter i tożsamość kursu. Doświadczenie pokazuje jednak, że spotykało się to z niezrozumieniem, a utrata integralności kursu prowadziła do znaczącej dezorganizacji. Nasze materiały i publikacje są używane obecnie na całym świecie, dlatego podjęliśmy działania, choć niechętnie, aby spisać dokładniejsze wymogi w kwestii praw autorskich, w celu zachowania jakości i renomy Alpha. Dziękujemy za zrozumienie."
Alpha Polska działa na podstawie licencji z Alpha International. Treść publikacji, charakter, forma oraz warunki wykorzystania, wynikają z relacji Alpha International do Alpha Polska tj. Stowarzyszenie Alpha Polska jest podmiotem wykonawczym wizji i misji Alpha International w Polsce.

Z wyjątkiem książek (w których podany jest autor jako posiadacz praw autorskich) wszystkie materiały pochodzące od Alpha International w formie pisanej, audiowizualnej, graficznej, cyfrowej i oprogramowanie są własnością Alpha International chronioną prawem autorskim. Materiały Alpha International obejmują szeroki zakres duszpasterstw takich jak Alpha i materiały post-Alpha, Kurs Małżeński I Rlationship Central, Worship Central, Centrum Teologiczne Świętego Pawła i God at Work.

In no circumstances may any part of any Alpha International resource be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or any information storage or retrieval system without permission in writing from the copyright holder or that holder’s agent.

Use of Alpha International resources are permitted only when in conjunction with the running or promotion of Alpha International courses. Resale or the obtaining of payment in any other connection with any Alpha International resource is not permitted.

Alpha International asks that the name ‘Alpha’, or names similar to it should not be used in connection with any other Christian course. This request is made in order to:
avoid confusion caused by different courses having similar titles
ensure the uniformity and integrity of Alpha
maintain confidence in the Alpha Directory.

Alpha International accepts that minor adaptations to Alpha International courses may occasionally be desirable. These should only concern the length of the talks or the number of sessions. In each case the essential character of the course must be retained.
If an Alpha International course is adapted the person responsible must:
only use such a course in their own church or parish
not allow such a course to be used elsewhere
not publish or promote such a course.
This statement supersedes all previous statements relating to copyright in any Alpha International resources.
